The Yoga of Awareness – Kundalini yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras to awaken the kundalini energy from the base of the spine through the 7th chakra.
Open up and balance all aspects of the body, mind, and spirit, allowing one to focus on the mastery of self. This practice is very healing and is suitable for all levels.
