An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until August 11, 2020
Cardio Barre is a high energy, strength-based, full body workout! Nikki blends techniques of cardio barre, kickboxing and mat Pilates to sculpt and tone your entire body! No muscle is left untouched in this up-beat, music driven class!
Equipment: Yoga mat, 2 and 4 lbs hand weights. Resistance band, mini ball and ankle weights are optional to increase intensity.
